Social Media Account Manager
Status: Now Hiring
Type: Contractor, ~20 hrs/week, EST required
Compensation: Starting at $1,900/month
Role Description
We are a boutique social media agency working with real estate agents, lifestyle brands, and service-based businesses. Our clients care deeply about how their brand looks and shows up online, and so do we.
We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can own client delivery across multiple accounts. This role is part content creation, part strategy, part client management. You'll be the one keeping things organized, on-brand, and moving forward. You'll have support, but you'll also be trusted to handle your responsibilities without micromanagement.
What You'll Do
• Manage day-to-day execution for assigned client accounts
• Schedule and manage approvals using Later
• Write and edit captions that match each client's voice
• Create and source content that is clean, elevated, and on-brand
• Execute content plans based on performance and direction
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback and keep projects moving
• Keep everything organized inside ClickUp and internal systems
• Flag issues early and solve problems before they impact deadlines
• Support with light video editing for short-form content
You're a Fit If
• You have experience managing social media accounts. Agency experience is a plus
• Your design eye is strong. You can look at a brand kit and build content that feels cohesive and elevated, not copy-pasted
• You are organized and comfortable working inside systems and processes
• You can manage multiple deadlines without things slipping
• You take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do
• You communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Contract Terms: Contractor position, ~20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as the agency grows. Compensation starts at $1,900/month flat, with potential for a performance bonus 90 days in.
Social Media Content Creator
Status: Now Hiring
Type: Contractor, 10+ hrs/week, EST preferred
Compensation: $25/hour
Role Description
We deliver content that makes our clients look like the authority in their market. The Content Creator is how that actually happens. You create social media content for our client accounts: graphics, reels, Instagram posts, and stories. You work from detailed creative briefs and execute with minimal back-and-forth. Design is your primary skill and your work demonstrates it.
What You'll Do
• Design on-brand graphics, post templates, and visual assets for multiple client accounts in Canva
• Create and edit reels and short-form video content
• Produce Instagram posts and story graphics that are brand-consistent and built to perform
• Deliver assets on deadline within an established weekly content cycle
• Incorporate feedback quickly, cleanly, and without re-explanation
• Maintain visual consistency across each client's brand without being reminded
You're a Fit If
• 2+ years creating content for social media. Agency or multi-client experience preferred
• Expert-level Canva proficiency. This is our primary design tool and you need to be fast and precise in it
• A strong visual instinct. You understand composition, hierarchy, and brand
• Clear understanding of what performs on Instagram: Reels format, grid aesthetics, story design, aspect ratios
• Ability to execute from a brief without needing it re-explained
• Reliable, on-time delivery
